Automated Die Cast Plant : |
| UTME invests in capital equipment to provide quality products in both high and low volumes. Our die cast plant has state of the art technology with automated TOSHIBA, BUHLER machines ranging from 120 to 400 tons. The advantages of process consistency, precision, and reduced labor.

| Process Monitoring and Closed Loop Control : |
| Production errors are eliminated with our advanced technology. System monitoring the balance of the machines, and the "closed loop" cells, ensuring process consistency "shot-to-shot". The built-in process monitoring and self-adjusting capabilities of the TOSHIBA, BUHLER machine assure expeditious correction of any problems during operation. In addition to our first-rate automated machinery, our knowledgeable staff interfaces with the automation to react to detected problems and to inspect the product for deficiencies. |

UTME can Die Cast Rotor both in pressure & gravity. In gravity Die Cast UTME has the vibrating system for filling the rotors with no microprosity. UTME can Die Cast Rotor from 32 to 220, with min & max length 25 mm to 400 mm. In pressure Die Cast 32 to 200, with min & max length 25 mm to 240 mm. |

Our skilled operators employ all machining to meet your requirements multi-point drilling and tapping, milling, boring lathe work and grinding. For start-up or multi-tool operations we utilize our CNC equipment, which enable us to perform many tasks at once. Focusing on increased through put and low cost, we will design and construct multi-point or dial machines for high volume applications.
